Parcels to pickup points

PostNord has 2,600 pickup points in Finland, so you are sure to find a suitable option for your recipient.

When you order a shipment from Kuormat.com to a pickup point, the service automatically suggests the nearest pickup point based on the postal code. You can also select any other pickup point from the drop-down menu.

PostNord has three types of pickup points:

- Staffed service points, located in places such as grocery stores.
- Parcel lockers, which you can open with the PIN code provided in the arrival notification.
- PostNord Lähiboksi (parcel locker, located usually outdoors). Lähiboksi parcel automates are opened with the PostNord app and a Bluetooth connection.

Once you have entered the correct dimensions of the parcel when ordering transport, the service will show you the appropriate pickup points.

Service points are usually located in grocery stores, and the recipient picks up the package from the customer service representative at the service point.

20 kg to other EU countries

Maximum dimensions to Finland, Sweden, and Denmark:

You can order deliveries to PostNord or Pakettipiste parcel lockers. Parcel lockers are usually located indoors in connection with grocery stores. The recipient will receive a notification and the PIN code needed to open the locker via text message or the PostNord app.

Lähiboksi is PostNord's own parcel locker, which is opened using the PostNord mobile app and Bluetooth. Lähiboksi is often located outdoors, so parcel collection is not tied to store opening hours, for example. This means that the recipient can collect their parcel around the clock.

Lähiboksi maximum dimensions:
49 cm x 43 cm x 58 cm

The recipient needs the PostNord app on their phone and a Bluetooth connection. Registration to the PostNord app should be done using the same contact details provided when ordering the shipment.

No separate access code is required to collect the shipment. When collecting the parcel, the recipient selects the arrived parcel in the PostNord app, and the app guides them through opening the locker.

When opening the locker, it is advisable to stand as close as possible to it so that the locker can recognize the Bluetooth connection.
